Kim is the BEST! She was patient, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. Kim knew how to stage our house and make it shine and thus was able to sell our house very quickly. At the same time, she was able to find us the house of our dreams. Although we experienced some bumps in the road, Kim had no problem maneuvering around the situations. Buying and selling at the same time was a little overwhelming at times. Kim made the process very smooth. She provided great advise – whether it was about particular neighborhoods, cost of repairs, or working with lenders. We are very pleased with Kim Tweedel and grateful of her services.
